Tidying up around Windsor Place

On 12th November, a small but highly motivated group of timebankers took on various jobs around Windsor Place for our first post summer clean up. Chris and his graffiti cleaning kit attacked some of the cycle barriers over the Harry Lauder sky bridge, which will please the many hundred walkers and cyclists who cross to the school or work each day. The rest of us cleaned up the playpark and then moved into the undergrowth nearby, where we soon racked up a selection of choice litter, including a mattress, a TV, various pieces of furniture and a giant diving gas tank! We also removed the particularly rotten fencing panels and cleared a lot of fly tipped rubbish unseen by many.
